Squires Partners

Squires Partners is a professional recruitment and executive search firm specializing in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, alongside an established practice in Ontario and across Canada. With more than 20 years of experience and a foundation in a family-run recruitment practice, we partner with employers to identify and attract talent from professional and technical roles through to senior leadership appointments, including C-suite and VP-level positions.

Offshore recruitment remains a core area of focus, with much of our work involving the international recruitment and relocation of professionals for opportunities in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. We work across information technology, financial services, reinsurance, and related professional services, providing guidance throughout the recruitment, relocation, and work permit process.

In Canada, we work with employers across Ontario and beyond, supporting their recruitment needs for experienced professionals, specialists, and management-level positions.
