We are seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical practice and clinical research centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment combining family medicine and clinical research, with opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk service.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate referrals, laboratory results, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with clinical research scheduling, participant communications, and administrative tasks.
- Support physicians, clinical staff, and research coordinators with daily operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Previous medical reception or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Accuro EMR is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
- Interest in clinical research is an asset; previous research experience is not required.
