🚨 Now Hiring: Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, packaging, and material flow operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the supply chain/logistics team
- Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material flow
- Oversee transportation, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs
- Develop and optimize packaging and container management
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage customer/supplier logistics escalations
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, OHSA/ESA, and applicable regulations
- Monitor KPIs, costs, service levels, and inventory performance
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Supply chain management experience in manufacturing
✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management
✔️ Knowledge of logistics, customs, and international shipping
✔️ Automotive/IATF experience is an asset
