🔧 Hiring: Welders – Afternoon Shift | Windsor, ON
We are looking for 2 Welders to join our team on the afternoon shift.
💰 Pay: $22–$30/hour + $2/hour afternoon shift premium
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment
- Perform welding using GTAW (TIG), GMAW, FCAW, and multi-pass welding techniques
- Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment
- Fabricate and repair metal components
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience
- Current welding certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand English for safety procedures and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
