Monthly payment rules
Buy monthly permits through the office at 1266 McDougall Street. Lot payments can use cash, cheque, debit, credit or pre-authorized bank withdrawal. Garage permits require pre-authorized bank withdrawals. Bring a void cheque or bank equivalent to set that up.
The city’s garage at One Riverside Drive West is restricted to office-tower tenants. It is not an extra public monthly option in the 11-row fee table. Fees shown took effect June 1, 2025 and should be rechecked before buying.
